Current problems with ETags (Branch etags):
- multiple sites have the same URL. Probably unrealistic to achieve as the filename has to be unique.
- ETags are not cleaned up. removing a site and adding it again results in "not modified" and not "init".
- Nginx seemed to be strange with W/ ETags. First time (without If-None-Match) nginx responded an W/ ETag. Second time (with old W/ in header) the the same ETag just without the W/ was responded. Not sure why this happens.

Close for now as the need isnt that big and both ETags and If-Modified-Since are error prone.
