I'm not sure why you're not succeeding on doing that, but there's no need for such listener in scrollactive's side.

You can have that listener on your side and just change the offset prop with whatever value you need.

You can even test it on the demo app. Just manually alter the height of the menu, you'll see that it looks wrong, but if you change the offset to the new menu height it will work just fine.

I would say the problem is probably in the way you're setting the new offset with this getNavHeight function.
