If I create ACL(object 2) with many instances, I can't see instances of Server object (Object 1) (please see screen 1). If I don't create ACL, the Server Object is visible normally (please see screen 2)

At my side I can see server and ACL instances. (using your registration payload so with the same number of ACL and server instances) I do not understand...
Which browser did you used ? Are you using the eclipse sandbox (leshan.eclipse.org) or are you running leshan on your own machine ?
Is there somebody else which are able to reproduce this one ?

I use leshan.eclipse.org. I've tested on Chrome and Firefox and both browsers reproduce this issue.
