Yes, similar to what Steemit has. Also thinking perhaps there are other ways to connect (e.g. if user doesn't have mobile app, can send himself sms with link to download or have more sophisticated system where Surfer shows PIN and on mobile you enter that PIN and you will get your account logged in from Surfer credentials, encrypted transfer of credentials [need detailed steps])
