Improve filters about ecency-vision

• Dropdown UI
• DropDown menu items on the basis of filter - UI & complete flow
• If clicked from tags on topics Sidebar, then the dropdown label will be shown the tag selected value and global is selected in that case
• Keeping the last state of Trending, Hot, New if coming back from Friends.
• Keeping the selected tag value whether switching between Trending, Hot, New.
• If on My community user logout then it will take the user to global.
• If on Friends/feed filter and user logout then it will take the user to trending filter with global tag.
• On user logout, the selected tag will be shown as a label but no dropdown.
• If a user is not login and clicks on the dropdown menu then it will open the login modal for a user to log in.
• If the tag is selected then the dropdown global value should be clickable to go back to the global feed.
• On user logout, a dropdown menu should be shown that will check for items that required login and show login popup.
• Navbar logo href is dynamic on the basis of filter and tag.
• If user login using LoginAs then refresh data if the filter is feed.
• Testing of all possible scenarios
