PMID is 31959995. There's currently two entries, with EFO term 'urinary metabolite measurement' representing 1172 sum stat files/metabolites.
Author supplied some mappings, see email thread '[gwas-info] [gwas-subs #351826] Data submission', [email protected]
"I curated and attached a map file combining the biochemical name, Metabolon Comp_ID and HMDB IDs. We do not have HMDB_IDs for all metabolites (unknowns / X-1234 for example) but this should help."
Metabolon IDs are some metabolite company ID but HMDB links out to CHEBI so might be possible to get CHEBI ids that way. https://hmdb.ca/about
