netbox_primary_ip not working about terraform-provider-netbox

Hi,

thank you for your report. What version of netbox do you use? We currently support (read: test against and make sure the tests are succesful) netbox v2.10.10

As explained in the other ticket, these kinds of errors happen when netbox makes breaking changes to their API. Which they tend to do a lot.

In your particular case, it seems like the type of local context data does not match. Does your VM have a manually set local config context?

I'm using netbox v2.10.6.

Local config context is an attribute of a VM. In the GUI in netbox v2.10, its a string. Your error looks like the api expects a dictionary (map[string]interface{}).

I'm actually not sure where your code breaks, we test this feature in https://github.com/e-breuninger/terraform-provider-netbox/blob/master/netbox/resource_netbox_primary_ip_test.go#L53
