Anaconda Python 3 pip install not working about catch22

I can’t test this right now, but please try

CFLAGS="-std=c99" pip install catch22

or, before running pip

export CFLAGS='-std=c99'
pip install catch22

Seems your GCC does not use C99 by default.

Let me know if that helps and I’ll add a note to the README!
