"Motoki Shintani" doesn't turn up anything noteworthy on Google.
- proper names probably have no place in a generic wordlist, possibly excepting very notable ones like "Einstein" or "Gandhi" (that said, reasonable people can disagree about whether famous names belong in a dictionary at all)
- both "Motoki" and "Shintani" appear to be non-English; this repo pretty clearly states that it's only concerned with English words
from english-words.
