User documentation link is broken about dry-monitor

oh and btw - all the readmes are generated automatically using the same template...that's why the link is broken now. Maybe we could just add a simple docsite page for the gem with some basic info.

nobody had the time to write docs for it, also - it's API is not stable yet. "write docs for dry-monitor" was on my todo list for 2+ years 😓
