"a" option for maximum area ignored if smaller than 0.00001 about triangle

My bad, this is simply due to me using python string formatting incorrectly, I was called triangluate() with options:

f"qpa{maximum_triangle_area}"

However, Python apparently formats the float 0.00001 as 1e-5, which was not recognized, thus ignored.

The fix is to use:

f"qpa{maximum_triangle_area:.32f}"

Which will format the float with 32 decimals places.
