It isn't just the small m. As written in the commit log I implemented the Engineering Notation. This covers everything from really big to really small prices.

Add an alarm with a pair from BullionVault to see it in action with big numbers. Add the first pairs from Allcoin to see it with small numbers. Then turn the smartphone to horizontal position to see the full numbers.

Using satoshis would only cover a particular case of small numbers and worse it is only used for cryptocurrencies. Remember that in Boilr we have bullion and other assets.
