after alarm off - prices don't update about boilr

Not updating the last value is the correct behaviour while the alarm is off.
However, it should not display zeros, it should display the last price retrieved before turning off the alarm.
I am unable to reproduce this error. Please go to Settings -> Apps -> Boilr. There do a Force stop and Clear data. Then try to reproduce this error again. If you are able to, please describe the steps.

please reconsider. not updating makes the offed alarm almost useless.
as an user I was looking for my offed alarms to give me price. I can activate my alarm when the time is right. Like this, I have to create or on an alarm just to see last price. not good IMHO.

I understand your point, but I don't agree.
The purpose of an alarm is to trigger when a goal is reached and that's how boilr's alarms work. They don't monitor the last values of an exchange.
The behavior you describe is similar to an alarm clock, it displays time and triggers when a goal is reached.

I don't deny its usefulness and the its possible future implementation, but that's outside of the current domain of boilr.

What means are given to the user, so that he can edit an offed alarm? Don't forget boilr users wont be on their pcs. If price isn't updated, they have a dead alarm. how will they know where to set bounds? create a fake alarm so that he can check price?

Right now, my Boilr experience is, any alarm that you off is dead. I see myself having to delete them all the time or leave them there wasting space till I check prices on my laptop, then edit. not good.

This might sound beyond the scope for boilr, but I see this as a fundamental. At least as a trader using boilr. If you use an app like this, you want it to be on top of events. not manually updating cause that destroys it's purpose. Having 3, 4 or 5 offed alarms showing current price is that resource intensive?

Offed alarms don't seem to be updating at the speed set for the alarm. I actually thought it wasn't updating at all. When an alarm is offed, is it updating at the specified time interval?

When alarms are off they update only you open the alarm list (or tilt the screen, i.e. they update when the alarm list activity is drew).
