Implemented new Versioning System

Well how will this be done?
I'm thinking atm about using a specific permission and let people configure that..

eg.

messagechanger.messages.group1

and that would look in the config like this:

default:
SERVER_STOP: SimianCage Minecraft server going down. Come back soon!
KICK_FULL: WOW. The server is full, come back later!
PLAYER_QUIT: Bye, hope you come back soon.
KICK_WHITELIST: '%msg'
KICK_KICK_LEAVEMSG: '%msg'
KICK_KICK_REASON: '%msg'
PLAYER_JOIN: '%msg'
KICK_BANNED: You are BANNED!

group1:
PLAYER_JOIN: "huhu"

don't know if you will be able to only put down the overrides or not

-What steps will reproduce the problem?
The Join/Leave messages doesn't work after the new CB 1.0.1-R1

-What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The messages should be like the custom ones in the config

-What version of the product are you using?
v2.0

-Do you have an error log of what happened?
Nothing coming up in the cmd

-Please provide any additional information below.
I have confirmed the fault by using a new and untouched config, even then the joining and leaving messages becomes the normal vanilla message. I think the other messages work though, at least the white-list.

Will only happen if I can get that information directly from Vault for supported ChatPlugins.
