submission.refreshComments can not be sorted about draw

I already fixed this, you can find the commit here. I need some help fixing the UnitTests though, as I do not fully understand the reply package. Now the Tests all call the reddit oauth with the parameter {sort: best}, but as the Unit Tests are defined for being called without this parameter, they fail.
