dracut doesn't generate initramfs with bash 4.4 about dracut

Please add more debug context. Which dracut module is calling instmods?

I want to point out that the issue is only inside a chroot environment. When generating 'no hostonly' initramfs inside the chroot environment, ie with -N option, dracut doesn't hang at all. Here is the entire debug output:

Did you bind mount /proc /sys /dev /run in the chroot?

Yes I did, using 'mount -o bind' command.
