The admin menu behavior still has some issues
What is good and working

• the expand button
• the menu item floating labels
• clicking on an item with sub elements does expand the menu and the sub-elements list

What needs some re-working

• the menu items that do not have sub-items should have the following behavior
  • on hover, they should be kept selected for the entire button region(right now it deactivates when mouse is over the icon region)
  • if menu is not expanded manually(using the burger button) clicking on an item with no sub-elements should not expand the menu in any circumstances. Right now, if the click is made on the menu icon the menu expands first(this might be related to the previous problem too)
