The message DOTA_UM_SpectatorPlayerClick sounds promising for that, though it doesn't seem to contain the click location, so I'm not sure.

It appears that OnCDOTAUserMsg_SpectatorPlayerUnitOrders is the right callback for this, although this also includes things like moving the courier and dominated creeps. You'll have to check to make sure the unit being moved is a hero.

parser.PacketEntities[index]. ClassName will get you the name of the unit (like CDOTA_Unit_Hero_Viper or CDOTA_Unit_Hero_DrowRanger)

The ClassName is "CDOTAPlayer", but we can get the "m_iPlayerID" from this PacketEntity !
