Battlefield Bad Company 2 DX11: Works now without MSAA about dxvk

Since DxgiOutput::FindClosestMatchingMode was implemented the game now starts but freezes/crashes during loading a savegame/map. This happens in both branches. It does not happen in wined3d.

@doitsujin : i tried to get an apitrace and i got one done (with wine 3.3 without dxvk). The problem is that trying to replay the trace with dxvk does not work here. I only get a grey screen and the replay crashes with a lot of vulkan errors displayed.In the real game i come to the menu and only fail when loading a level. Any hint what could causing this ? Should i upload the trace nonetheless ?

@doitsujin : Thanks to your recent work the game works now as long as msaa is set to 1x. In addition the framerate drops down a lot when new things appear on the map which leads to noticable stuttering. Usually the fps are > 100 with the gpu being loaded ~50% . When the game stutters the load can drop down <10% and fps down to 30 or lower.
