Add /Clients directory to .gitingnore

Every sent message is uploaded to the repository at the moment, consider adding the /Clients directory to a .gitignore file, remove that directory from staging using git rm --cached -r Clients and then add again using git add . (it will be ignored this time when you commit but still exist in your local project dir).

p.s. add /.idea directory too.
