From the message it seems like you specified win10 including quotes, otherwise the error was:
Invalid Windows media specified: win10
But your error is:
Invalid Windows media specified: "win10"
So I think you must remove the double quotes from your compose file? I will make a fix for this in the next version so that it doesnt matter if you quote it or not

If you pull v1.12 it now automaticly removes quotes around the variable.
