is normal. It means it cannot boot of the harddrive (because it is empty because Windows has not installed anything on it yet). And because of that it boots from CD-ROM (which is exactly what we want).

But then it asks to press a key in 3 seconds and because no key was pressed it goes into UEFI shell.

So to solve it, type: exit in UEFI shell and select Boot Manager with the arrows keys, and then select the CD-ROM. Then it will start the installation.

I think the reason for this issue is that you renamed the file to win10.iso and not custom.iso. So you can also solve it by naming it to custom.iso , remove all other files in the folder, and set MANUAL=N so that it installs automaticly.
