There are some problems when docker run about windows

@tootbrute If you cannot download from the Microsoft servers, you can still download an ISO in another way and follow "How do install a custom ISO" in the FAQ.

From this issue: moby/moby#42963 it looks like it is a bug in certain versions of Docker.

In that thread it says you can workaround it by adding --security-opt seccomp=unconfined to your compose or run command.

Sorry, I've only just seen your reply. Based on your advice this is resolved. But there is a new error reported,

In any case I added an alternative download method in recent versions, but you are still using v1.18 So please try again using the latest version (v2.03) and maybe this alternative download works from China.

I'm living in Taiwan. I am using the latest version as of today. So, it looks like it's blocked in Taiwan, too? I got an error reason 4.
