Visual Studio 2017 solutions are invalid about ace_tao

See DOCGroup/MPC#50, probably the MPC files for the mentioned projects need a change, maybe you can make a pull request for that?

I have no experience with MPC and will get a new job end of the week. Maybe one of my colleagues can handle it - Not sure about it though.

Or see if enough community "upvotes" will encourage Microsoft to fix it.

We have changes many of the core projects manually to avoid this problem, but that didn't include tests. If you see projects in the TAO_ACE workspace with the issue please report those here.

@mitza-oci I guess the problem is that microsoft does not see this as bug - So it is unlikely that they will "fix" it.
