Yeah, this seems to be correct.
I looked into uBlock rules:
uBlock Origin uses manifest v2, which is using the webRequest
api, so it's not able to see any traffic from other extensions.
uBlock Origin Lite uses manifest v3, but there's no support for custom rules
from little-rat.
