Hi @gvandewiel86,
we are aware that these tools would make life easier. We have selection functions that are necessary so manipulation tools could hopefully be implemented sooner rather than later.
Unfortunately, SUDS or SOAP do not support packing multiple statements into a batch. I researched this topic some time ago. Asynchronous calls won't help either, since sequential calls are a must for this type of operation. A line cannot be created before the nodes. ZEEP was investigated at least twice, but it doesn't support our way of using the client. But if you are familliar with ZEEP and want to implement it in this client, you are most welcome to create separate fork and maybe we can take some inspiration from it 👍
Regarding future plans I would like to implement support of python client functionality directly into RFEM via Boost::Python. If you have expertise in this area or any other potentialy enhancing performance I will gladly disuss it.
