Including a salesforce database in settings.DATABASES can result in slow running unit tests about django-salesforce

It seems this wouldn't be limited to django-salesforce, but that doesn't mean we won't see bug reports about it ;-)

One possible solution can be to remove the applications with salesforce models from some tests or test cases by explicitely defining TransactionTestCase.available_apps. Other solution can be to temporary remove salesforce database from DATABASES for some tests or for complete testcases by override_settings. (Not verified for speed but some examples can be found also in Django source if you search for the string @override_settings(INSTALLED_APPS=.) Both optimizations are possible only with knowledge of what will be tested, therefore it can not be done by django-salesforce.

thanks for the ideas @hynekcer, we ended up removing salesforce from DATABASES entirely for tests and mocking out any calls to the Salesforce API.

I fixed it completely by commit 988bd9b in my pull request. There is also explained why is now supports_transactions = True.
