Whatever we use, we want to make sure embedded pictures, files, etc work easily and intuitively. We want to avoid what django-cms originally did using TinyMCE and Filebrowser, where the user had to upload files separately, then find them and link to them from within the page -- too much fussing around, and users get lost. Plus you end up with a huge flat repository of files which gets messy very quickly. A per-page directory for embedded media is a must (perhaps with an optional shared directory), with the ability to upload and embed directly from within the page editor.
