the CMS_UNIQUE_SLUGS settings is outdated... we probably will move to something like CMS_FLAT_URLS so the tree is not displayed in the urls ... but only in the menu.
For this a unique SLUG will be required.
The second behavior is wrong and is probably a bug.
SVN Version should always be up to date and synced with the master branch from github.
