README should feature example installation about k3s-on-prem-production

I thought it to be good practice to include a minimal working example. For a first impression of how to use, to compare against other solutions, people should not have to read a three-part blog, I think. Best wishes Michael

the example inventory is fully functional, just have to put your secrets and IPs for your machines 👍

I could add this info in the README, is there anything else that's not clear?
