Anyway I will close this as duplicate of the existing issues around linker errors as the reason is always the same: Rustc cannot find the required native dependencies on your system. That's an issue with your setup and that's something we cannot help you with. In this case it looks like you tried to use a libmysql version that is not compatible with your MSVC setup.
