It looks good just it remains the warning in linux:
-- CTest cannot determine repository type. Please set UPDATE_TYPE to 'cvs' or 'svn'. CTest update will not work.

I'm not able to reproduce de warning (cmake 2.8.5 and 2.8.3). Clearly, your ctest does not like the git repo but very few info are available on ctest website..

yes: cmake version 2.6-patch 4 (on linux server)

For the CTest Warning, it is related to the "git" repository (not supported in 2.6).
I'd suggest to skip the CTEST chunk in the CMakeLists if cmake < 2.8
