CRSINST: Check for /dev/shm mounted as temporary file system failed about ansible-ocm12c

Three (3) hits in My Oracle Support:

1. Bug 21441387 - CVU reports /dev/shm as NOT mounted when it is mounted (PRVE-0421) (Doc ID 21441387.8)
2. Linux OL7/RHEL7: PRVE-0421 : No entry exists in /etc/fstab for mounting /dev/shm (Doc ID 2065603.1)
3. Bug 25907259 - Linux:RHEL7: cvu reports /dev/shm not mounted when it is mounted (Doc ID 25907259.8)

The version matches (12.1.0.2).

The solution is:

The fix for 21441387 is first included in 12.1.0.2.170117 (Jan 2017) Grid Infrastructure Patch Set Update (GI PSU)

Will need to apply Bug 27010872 - 12.1.0.2.180116 (Jan 2018) Grid Infrastructure Patch Set Update (GI PSU) (Doc ID 27010872.8).

Patching GI home with PSU 12.1.0.2.20180116 does not resolve this issue.

Bug 25907259 is included in the PSU!

This will be resolved when issue #13 is resolved.

The patch only affects the installed GI home on REDFERN1, not the installation source on NFS!

When I run the cluster verification command (/opt/app/12.1.0/grid/bin/cluvfyrac.sh stage -pre crsinst -n redfern1) on REDFERN1, I get the following error

ERROR: 
Oracle Grid Infrastructure not configured. 
You cannot run '/opt/app/12.1.0/grid/bin/cluvfyrac.sh' without the Oracle Grid Infrastructure.

This issue will be closed as advised by My Oracle Support.
