Licenses:
All of those are equal to or more permissible than GPL, which makes them compatible with GPL. I'd say we go with GPL, because it keeps the thing open and free.
Here's a draft of the file header:

I'm not sure in what form and place jPlayer et al. and their licenses must be mentioned.
