Ok, with external converter work fine.
One more problem: my test lab with Sonoff zigbee dongle -E v2 can't recognise this reflashed sensor.
I tried changing zigbee channel numbers, setting them to automatic, rebooting the integration / controller. Nothing helps.

Thanks for the report. Yes, some users reported about problems with joining to EZSP coordinator. Will try to find a solution for that,

I was lucky to use this OTA image to revert to BLE firmware again, but the other time it got bricked. You may use it but no warranty at all. It is just BLE firmware with zigbee ota header
