Might be in connection with opening ports?
I have the same problem when I'm watching Destiny via my dorms network, but not from home.
Can we get the necessary port numbers so we might be able to fix this issue for ourselves?

the port is 9998 and if there is a (transparent?) proxy in between than it wont work anyway
