rake test broken about puppet-hindsight

Hi,
assuming that you have some version of Ruby installed, it should be enough to run:

bundle install && rake spec

That's basically what's CI run does. Rubocop config is probably outdated, I'll look into that, but that's just code style "issue".

bundle exec rake spec works, test not. I didn't know what rubocop was. You can close it if you don't think its worth having the issue open.

Fixed in master. bundle exec rake test should work just fine.
