If you have an index based on string property/field, you may use lazy load methods.

As a result you get enumeration of Lazy<T,K> instances, which have Key property. Using this value, you may filter your records as you like. Accessing Value will load the corresponding record.

I have almost done with improved indexing, will check-in in few days. But basically the lazy loading stays the same.
