Hi, thanks for using LazyGamer :)
You are missing reg, so webdriver manager cannot install driver automatically.
You need to install webdriver manually.

1. open https://chromedriver.chromium.org/downloads and download chromedriver for your chrome version (chrome://version/)
2. unzip chromedriver in data folder
3. open data/settings.ini
4. set driver_manager to False
5. and set full path to chromedriver

What version of windows do you have ?
