What should i do? i installed python but it still give me the same error.

Open python installer exe again, choose reinstall and check that checkbox.

Is there an installer included somewhere in the stable diffusion folder or should I get it from their website? If so what version (3.11.1 or older)?
Nevermind I found which version I needed and now it works

Download anaconda if you haven't already, just Google anaconda windows installer. That will also install the needed python version.

i tried downloading anaconda and i still have the exact same issue
