Problem installing pyBigWig about pybigwig

I've not tried compiling with clang on a Mac, I'll give that a try today and post an updated version.

I've just posted version 1.0.5 to pypi (and github). That fixes this problem on the OSX system that I just tested on. Can you try and let me know if this is resolved?

Actually, try 1.0.6, which fixes another odd issue that happened on my OSX test system. BTW, thanks for making me test this on OSX 👍 :)

Well, it installed correctly but no I'm getting an error while I import it:

>>> import pyBigWig
Fatal Python error: PyThreadState_Get: no current thread
Abort trap: 6

That happens if you install with one python and then try to import with another. Presumably you're using macports or homebrew for one step and then the system python for another. Particularly on a Mac, always try to just use one python.
