problem caused by bug in driver with soft algo. in addition to false peaks it was also losing some real peaks, in the pic there is spectrum draw in blue with hw algo vs the one with sw algo.
in any case strength is identical and wrong (too low) which is weird since reading raw gain with rs6060 code gives values like 684, 784, 884 accross entire part of the band while the gain using ds3103 code was in order of -32000 to -48000
Bug handled. still to do: proper strength values
from linux_media.
