Make the wizard compatible to all designers in DesignLibrary about ddwizard

Commit all changes to enhancements_wizard branch of DesignLibrary.

Let's add our names below as we work on designers to avoid duplicate work?

Yes, planned to PR once completed so the new version would have fixed functionality for all designers.

Finished making all designers compatible with DDWizard. Let me know if you spot anything odd re incorporating these in the app. Passing all tests, but need to make some final checks and update tests before PRing, hopefully next week.

could we use the below to keep track as designers get successfully integrated within DDWizard? @zerinahuang a good first step would be to enable designer menu (instead of loading two_arm_design automatically). how does that sound? @internaut
