Again, in this situation a type assertion is necessary when pulling out of the Iter() method.

package main

import (
    "fmt"

    "github.com/deckarep/golang-set"
)

func main() {
    something := mapset.NewSet()
    something.Add("anything")
    rules := mapset.NewSet()
    rules.Add(something)

    c := rules.Iter()

    for item := range c {
        if v, ok := item.(mapset.Set); ok {
            fmt.Println(v)
            fmt.Println(v.Cardinality())
        }
    }
}

from golang-set.
