I can't think of a single reason why not. Care to throw together a PR?

I'm not sure if you've gotten started on this yet, but I just thought I'd mention that I merged #39 which now switches to using a class-based set of parsers instead of the function based stuff that existed in v0.5.1. Have a look at the current parsers and let me know if you have any questions!

Hi,
This looked like an interesting feature, so I coded it in. ( PR #56 )
SpeechRecognition only supports Python3.
So, I've added ( PR #10 ) basic python2 support, which seems to work fine.
For now, it only supports .wav parsing. I'm planning on adding more filetypes later.

Python2 support has been merged upstream, and .wav files seem to be working fine.
