A follow-up on this topic. I tested Kuro on Windows and the behavior is the same - the regional settings of Windows for date/time aren't taken into account by the app.

In my Linux machine I could not reproduce this (popOS). Will try to replicate in WSL.

Just want to ask, do you restart Kuro after changing system time ?
