Wait dude, I'm so sorry. I just noticed that I had two bluetooth usbs connected to my computer. I disconnect one of them and restarted the computer. Then re-sync-ed the joycons. Everything works fine now. again Thank you so much for this.

There will be any fix for this? @Davidobot

I changed how some of the multithreading is handled in version 5. Does the issue still persist?

Yes. I have a controller pro and the joy cons. When I connect all, the lag for the commands it's around 2 secs.

I'll look into it, but it could be a sign of a bad Bluetooth card. I have had similar problems that were mitigated through buying a new BT dongle.

My laptop it's a "inspiron 15 gaming" with 1 month of use. Is possible that the problem can be another thing. Let me debug that and i'll send you the results (later, I'm working now XD).

Is not a big issue but sometimes after like 30 mins into a game. I would notice a huge input lag. Only 2 joycons connected. Still v5 has less input lag than v4. I'm on a i5 7600k, 8gb ram, gtx 1060, machine.
Thank you so much for this application tho. I never imagined myself playing far cry 5 with the joycons.

I've been wanting to play multiplayer games on Dolphin but the multi-controller lag is killing the gameplay.

I also get multi-controller lag but it only affects my right joycon when both are connected

I'm testing this with ONLY 1 wired control connected and i have close to 1 sec lag. I don't know why

The only particular thing I see is this:

Starting server on 127.0.0.1:26760
All systems go
Pro controller connected.
Using factory stick calibration data.
Using factory stick calibration data.
Starting poll thread.
"Duplicate timestamp enqueued."

PD: There is not a way to restore XInput A to SwitchProController A? (Instead of B, and X Xinput to X ProController, etc?)

I am having the exact same problem. I set up both joy cons last night, and they worked perfectly together in cemu for hours. Even played some steam games, and there were no problems.

This morning I tried to connect them again and play, but now there is a 1-2 second lag between input and output. As it was working last night, I presume the bluetooth card is not the problem. All I did from last night to this morning was to put my PC in hibernate.

I tried reinstalling the driver, redownloading, restarting, unpairing and pairing the joy cons. Nothing worked. I'm on Win10, x64, BetterJoyForCemu v5. No other devices are connected by bluetooth to my PC (no other bluetooth devices paired or active around the house).

I have a similar issue where two joycons connected causes 1-2 second input lag after around 30 seconds to a minute. Connecting a single joycon does not result in this issue. My workaround has been using a single joycon to play games, and it seems that connecting a single joycon has no issues for 2-3 hour gaming sessions i have tried.

I'm also getting random lagspikes with input lag of ~2 seconds when using two Switch Pro Controllers at the same time. It seems to happen after ~40 minutes of being connected. I assumed it could be an issue with my configuration (Tinkerboard running Android using bluetooth passthrough with VirtualHere, with a cheap 3Mbps Bluetooth 4.0 dongle), but have no issues running multiple Xbox One Wireless controllers.

I'm seeing this issue when using more than one of any type of controller - Pro or JoyCon. I see a delay of ~1 second consistently. It doesn't seem to come and go like others have described. Using Windows 10 with an Intel Bluetooth adapter. Has anyone been able to solve this yet?
