Presumably you searched the DataTables forum for "pdf image" and found the numerous threads states that image export is not a feature of the TableTools PDF export:

The AlivePDF documentation describes its API and how images can be embedded. You would need to modify the AS3 code that interfaces with AlivePDF to make use of that API and embed your image.
I would be happy to provide a quote for this work if you are interested, but it is not a feature I am planning to add to TableTools at this time (particularly as I plan on rewriting it at some point soon). As such, I'm going to close this issue.
