The description is too unclear. Which elements are lazy/eager. What's the meaning of "Lazy" and "eager"?

Many changes has been made to the model since June.
QuestionItem question + response domain remain quite large, but it's needed when displaying an instrument.
solution could be to make the instrument page fairly small.
