Intermittent exception creating Dart project from template about dartvs

Possibly related - even when I don't get the error dialog pop up, the analysis service isn't working; there's no highlighting or anything (I'm not even hitting any breakpoints in the AnalysisServiceFactory.

I predict that this error was introduced in commit 31c2a88, which causes the DartPackage.Initialize method to indirectly depend on another assembly which ships as part of this VSIX. Since that assembly isn't part of an <Asset> element in the source.extension.vsixmanifest file, you need to explicitly tell Visual Studio about the existence and location of the helper library.

You should be able to add the following attribute to DartPackage and resolve this.

This is still happening even with ProviderBindingPath :(

Still reports the same error:

1) No exports were found that match the constraint:

Use error! I didn't install VSBase Services Debugging Support in the hive as instructed, now required by the diagnostics window.
